Hi, I’m Rachel, a registered nurse, certified functional medicine provider, and board-certified nurse coach. But more than that, I’m a woman who’s walked through fire: heartbreak, burnout, hormone imbalance, and loss that brought me to my knees. What I thought was the end turned out to be the beginning of a new kind of healing one that started from the inside out.
Through that season, I discovered something life-changing: true wellness isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about restoring what’s been lost energy, clarity, peace by getting to the root and aligning with the way our bodies were designed to heal.
Who I Help
Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a registered nurse, board-certified nurse coach, and functional medicine provider. But before any of that, I’m a woman who has walked through deep personal loss, burnout, and hormonal imbalance. I know what it feels like to be completely depleted: physically, emotionally, and spiritually, while still trying to keep everything together.
My own healing didn’t come from a single fix or supplement. It came from slowing down, getting to the root of what was out of balance, and allowing space for spiritual, emotional, and physical renewal. That experience changed everything. It led me to create a place for other women to heal holistically, with support that honors the entire person.
